It’s Time To Super-Niche Your Services - Here’s How

Do you want to sell more of your services? Do you want to sell easier? 

Yes? How? By mastering the art of hyper-niching your offer.

Your service is exceptional, and you've invested in marketing, yet the influx of clients isn't happening. The issue often lies not in the quality of your offer but in its appeal — it's designed for too broad an audience, making it challenging for potential clients to see how it specifically benefits them.

This involves segmenting your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) into several distinct groups, each with its unique needs and pain points, and then creating specific variations of your service to address each group directly.

  4. Refine Your Targeting: Adjust your targeting strategy to reach each mini-ICP segment effectively, utilizing the platforms and channels where they are most active.
